Responsible for development projects, talent management, internal communication and building an organisational culture based on commitment. Liable for numerous completed training courses in the area of soft skills development, people management, business etiquette and self-presentation. Co-working with teams consist of the groups between 10 to even more than 100 participants using state-of-the-art competence development tools.
