Senior Director of Customer Experience responsible for Professional Services in the EMEA region at Cisco. He leads the Cisco site in Krakow, the largest Cisco location in Europe, which hosts over 3000 employees. This site has a strong presence across various corporate functions, including Customer Experience, Engineering, Finance, and HR.

Jacek joined Cisco in August 2021, bringing with him 16 years of experience from Atos. At Atos, he advanced from entry-level engineering positions to various management roles at both the country and global levels. His work focused on managed services, offshoring, building competence centers, and engineering services. He holds a degree from a Technical University in Bydgoszcz and has completed business management studies at HEC Paris.
