Country People & Culture Manager at IKEA Retail in Poland.

Paweł Bechciński assumed the role of Country People & Organizational Culture Manager at IKEA Retail in Poland in March 2022. He is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and creating a welcoming workplace for all employees in line with the company’s values.

He began his career at IKEA in 2018 as an HR Manager – first at the IKEA Domolinia Customer Support Center, then at the Janki store and IKEA Blue City, and later at the IKEA Retail Service Office in Poland. He has over 12 years of experience in the HR field.

Paweł Bechciński holds degrees in sociology and psychology. In his free time, he loves travelling and is passionate about sports.
