Małgorzata Dobies-Turulska is the President of IKEA Industry Poland and the Manufacturing Area Manager for Zbąszynek and Orla. She also serves as Managing Director of the world’s largest IKEA furniture production site—IKEA Industry Zbąszynek, which currently employs 3,300 people. She has spent 22 years of her professional career in various parts of IKEA’s supply chain. A mentor and coach with a deep passion for supporting others’ development and helping them unlock their potential, she is an active advocate for equal opportunities and women’s advancement. She is also the initiator and co-creator of the Women’s Network.
Małgorzata holds a degree in Finance and Banking from PWSBiA and has completed postgraduate studies, including logistics at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Strategic Leadership Academy at the ICAN Institute.
