President of Leonardo Poland

Marco holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Naples and has completed advanced studies in “Preliminary Design of Aircraft” at the Kansas University and “Strategic Marketing” at Bocconi University.

With over three decades of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, Marco has held various leadership roles. His career highlights include serving as Vice President Marketing for Aerospace, Defense & Security Sectors at Leonardo, VP Corporate Commercial Activities for Europe and NATO Programs, and VP Europe and Israel for Strategic Marketing and Markets Coordination. Since 2019, he has been leading Leonardo Poland and briefly served as the “Ad Interim” President of PZL Świdnik in 2020.

Marco also has a background in research, specializing in Numerical Gas-dynamics and Thermofluid-dynamics at Naples University. His extensive expertise spans marketing intelligence, program development, and strategic market coordination across global markets.
