Director of Business Development of Mastercard Services for Poland, Mastercard Europe

An expert in strategy and business building with more than 10 years of experience in strategic consulting and leading key projects for the development of organizations. Krystyna has led projects in the areas of customer acquisition, customer experience improvement and building marketing, digital, pricing and product strategies.

She has worked for some of the largest organizations in finance, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals or technology in Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Africa. In 2021, she joined q-commerce startup JOKR (a DAKI company) as one of the first employees in Europe, where she was responsible for expansion and in 6 months built a team and launched more than 15 new locations with it. JOKR today operates in South America and is valued at $800M.

Krystyna then accepted the position of Senior Manager in Corporate Development at Allegro, where she worked directly with the Company’s Board of Directors, leading key strategic projects in profitability improvement, transformation and optimization of operations in Poland and abroad.

In 2023, Krystyna joined Mastercard as Business Development Director in the Services division, where she is responsible for developing sales of products and services in consulting, marketing, data analytics and cyber security.

She regularly conducts public speeches for clients in Europe, where she presents the latest trends and their application for business development and improvement.

She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Economics in Katowice. Privately, she is a fan of travel, preferably active and full of hiking, and non-fiction literature. In her kitchen you will always find unannounced guests and fresh baked goods.
