Sebastian Trojanowski, M.Sc. – retired colonel; graduate of the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw; 20 years of experience in command positions in the Ministry of Defense – commander of the 100th Communications Battalion in Walcz and deputy director of the Expert Cyber Security Training Center of the Ministry of Defense in Warsaw.

Currently Director of the Office of the Association for Supporting the Development of Wałcz County Municipalities and Coordinator of the Wałcz County Energy Cluster. Serves as Plenipotentiary of the Wałcz County Starost for cyber security. Coordinator of projects with domestic and foreign funds in the area of innovative solutions in education, cyber security and RES.
