Vice President of the Bank’s Management Board overseeing the Technology and Operations Division.

Professionally with Accenture for almost 30 years, where he served as Managing Director since 2005.

From 2005 to 2013, he led Accenture’s Information Technology practice in Poland.

From 2013 to 2015, he built the digital transformation practice for the banking sector in Poland, and from 2016 became the leader of the global practice with a specialization in digital banking startups.

From 2017 to 2019, he led the program that created a new digital bank in France and was responsible for its maintenance, further development and business continuity until 2023. At the same time, he worked closely with leading banks in Poland, implementing projects in retail, corporate and investment banking.

He managed large, multi-year transformation programs at clients in Poland and around the world transforming local, regional and global organizations, using established and new technologies.

He has extensive international experience: he has worked on large projects at financial institutions in the US, Canada, UK, France, Spain, Germany, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Hungary, Turkey, UAE, Malaysia, Singapore.

He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Electronics at Warsaw University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies in IT at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. He has received a number of overseas training courses and programs on managing complex programs, building technology solutions, cyber security, cloud, block chain, Gen AI, risk management.
