Psychological preparation coordinator, Trefl Gdansk

World volleyball champion and one of the greatest legends of Polish sport. On his sporting account he has the gold medal of the 2014 World Championships (MVP of the tournament) and nine titles of Polish champion. He represented the colors of Skra Belchatow for 17 years, and spent the last three seasons at Trefl Gdansk, where he finished playing as a player in 2023.

After retiring from sports, he devoted himself to youth work and sports psychology. At Trefl Gdansk, he and his team created a pioneering mental support program – the first in men’s volleyball in Poland to combine professional psychological knowledge with practical player experience. In his role as coordinator of psychological preparation, he supports players in developing their mental skills, helps them deal effectively with match stress and strengthens communication within the team.

She also runs her own foundation, which popularizes volleyball among children, organizes sports camps and supports young talents on their way to a professional volleyball adventure.
