Elżbieta has been involved in the financial sector for more than 20 years, leading consulting projects for financial sector institutions. She is currently supporting payment card issuers and clearing agents with consulting projects aimed at providing clients with expertise in the areas of segment strategies, digitization, tokenization and process optimization.

Prior to joining Mastercard Europe in 2022, Elżbieta worked for several banks, including Bank Pekao, PKO Bank Polski, ING and Alior Bank, where she led projects in retail banking and open banking. She began her career at Deloitte, a consulting firm, where she was mainly involved in market entry strategy projects for insurers and process optimizations for banks in Central and Eastern Europe.

Elżbieta is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School conducted in cooperation with London Business School, HEC Paris and NHH Bergen. She also holds a PhD from the College of Business Administration and a master’s degree in finance and management from the Warsaw School of Economics.
