He is co-founder and CEO of Grupa Pracuj S.A., one of the leading HR technology companies in Europe.

Founded in 2000, the company operates in the field of job ads and recruitment software in Poland (pracuj.p, eRecruiter, Kadromierz), the DACH region (Softgarden) and Ukraine (robota.ua).

Outside of Pracuj Group, Przemek is an active investor – he holds shares in a number of start-ups, including DocPlanner, Preply and Booksy, and also serves as an investor (LP) in several VC funds, such as Market One Capital, Tiger Global, TCV and Inovo.

He is a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) and the Polish Business Council. He was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 2024.

His great passion is sailing. In September 2023, he won the title of World Champion in the 5.5 class, a former Olympic class.
