The Member of the Management Board and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of Erste Group Bank AG since July 2019. From 2021 to July 2024, she served as a Member of the Management Board and CRO at Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG. Previously, she held the same role at Slovenská sporiteľňa between 2017 and 2019. Her career also includes senior risk management positions at Erste Group and Bank Austria Creditanstalt / Unicredit Bank Austria.

She graduated with a Master’s degree in Commercial Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien) in 1993. She is responsible for enterprise-wide risk management, liquidity and market risk management, compliance, as well as credit risk and portfolio management.

She holds supervisory board positions, including as a member of Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. and as the second vice-chairwoman of Oesterreichische Kontrollbank Aktiengesellschaft.
