Holds the academic degree of “magister” from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and received a scholarship from the Mannheim Universitat.

For 20 years, he has held most senior managerial positions in Polish international companies, co-created strategies, and supervised branch offices i.a. in Europe, the Middle East, China, and India. He also served as president of the management board of a public company quoted on the Warsaw Exchange.

As an independent expert, he was a member of supervisory boards of listed companies Rank Progress S.A. and Kino Polska TV S.A. (member of the audit committee). Since 2002, he has the right to hold positions in supervisory boards of State Treasury Companies (state examination, diploma no. 235/2002).

For 12 years, Leszek Stypułkowski has been scientifically engaged in creating innovative solutions for the public sector. He is one of the architects of the POL-on system, a comprehensive, digital model for a national science and higher education ecosystem, which received the EUNIS Elite Award for Excellence.

He co-created the Social Contract Incubator bringing together Polish scientists, intellectuals, and entrepreneurs who seek agreement in the scope of strengthening the democratic order in Poland. He co-authored the book Umówmy się na Polskę [Let’s Agree on Poland] – a Polish concept of systemic innovation.
For 10 years, he has been a juror of the “Bizneswoman Roku” [Businesswoman of the Year] contest organised by the “Sukces pisany szminką” [Success Written in Lipstick] foundation.
