Zuzanna Skalska inspires leaders and decision-makers to shift their long-term perspectives through cross-fertilization of ideas and solutions from diverse industries. Operating globally as a Strategic Up-Front Innovation expert, she advises businesses, public institutions, and NGOs. Her unique working method involves mixing insights from different sectors and markets, connecting people and concepts to challenge conventional thinking and expand organizational vision.
Known for her no-nonsense approach, Zuzanna delivers actionable insights that support future business development. She is brutally honest, fast-speaking, and passionate—an energetic keynote speaker and designer by education who brings speculative thinking to life in a clear, compelling way.
Zuzanna began her career in 1998 at Philips Design, where she contributed to visionary design projects through her analysis of Signals of Change. For nearly 15 years, she led Design Management & Trends at VanBerlo, one of the Netherlands’ top design consultancies. In 2014, she founded 360Inspiration, where she works with clients across industries—including numerous blue-chip companies and market leaders—on Up-Front Innovation and Strategic Futures Thinking.
Her research and consultancy focus on identifying critical intersections between industries, supporting strategic development with executives and guiding innovation teams through self-developed methods and tools. With 25 years of experience, she translates insight into concrete innovation programs.
Zuzanna is also actively involved in international design education, advisory boards, and major innovation and economic events, where she frequently appears as a keynote speaker. Born in Warsaw, Poland, she has been based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands since 1992.
She is also an expert collaborator on the “Happy Home” campaign by Otodom—a research initiative launched in 2021 to boost confidence in real estate decision-making and improve well-being in residential environments.
