Board Member at R.Power

Katarzyna Suchcicka is an experienced leader with 17 years of professional background in the energy sector. Before joining R.Power, she served as the CEO of OX2 in Poland, where she built the entire organization from the ground up, successfully delivering renewable energy projects with a total capacity of nearly 400 MW and developing a project pipeline exceeding 3 GW.

Her experience also includes working at Vestas, including a two-year international assignment in Portugal. She stands out for her exceptional ability to build effective teams, as demonstrated by scaling the OX2 organization to a team of 80 specialists and initiating pioneering projects in the area of energy storage.

Her achievements have been widely recognized within the industry, earning her prestigious awards such as Manager of the Year 2024 (EuroPower & OzePower) and Future Energy 2024 (Energia Kobiet).

Katarzyna Suchcicka is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Kozminski University. She holds a master’s degree in managerial economics from the West Pomeranian Business School and an engineering degree from the University of Southern Denmark and the West Pomeranian University of Technology.
