Researcher, Expert at Concordia Design

For 7 years, she has been involved in service design and qualitative research. She designs new services and improves existing ones to meet current and future market needs. She utilizes a service design approach to develop online solutions, communication processes, sales, recruitment, onboarding, customer service, etc.

She has collaborated with over 100 companies, institutions, and organizations. Her project portfolio includes work for Play, the National Digital Archives, Metro Properties, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, and the Social Innovation Laboratory, among others. She leads classes for postgraduate students at SWPS University in Service Design and Innovation Management (Design Management), and at Collegium DaVinci in Creative Management.
