For several years, he worked in an international automotive corporation (Volkswagen Poznań), supporting managers and teams through change and leading initiatives focused on organizational and employee competence development.

Member of the POMOCNIA Psychological Practice team in Poznań, where he conducts both coaching and psychotherapy processes.

As a coach, he specializes in individual coaching, primarily in developing managerial competencies and emotional regulation. As a trainer, he focuses on developing coaching skills, teaching future coaches, managers, and HR professionals.
