She has over 10 years of experience in digital and fintech, both in consulting and on the business side. Since 2021, she has specialized in designing and implementing fintech services in e-commerce. To her credit, she has, for example, a new electronics insurance offering for the largest e-commerce platform in Poland or building a digital communication strategy for insurtech Beesafe. She currently works as a senior product owner at InPost, where, building on her experience in implementing the InPost Pay service, she leads strategic projects that strengthen InPost’s digital ecosystem and respond to the dynamic needs of users.

Her work at the intersection of technology, business and human needs is aided by her diverse education – she graduated with a master’s degree in Management in a Virtual Environment from Kozminski University and US Cultural Studies from Warsaw University, as well as a postgraduate degree in Service Design from School of Form at SWPS.

Her hobbies include kitesurfing and theater improvisation.
