She has been involved with banking for over 25 years. Since 2011, she has been working at Credit Agricole Bank Polska, successfully implementing several processes of transformation: physical distribution channels, large IT programs and building new digital channels. Always building transversal effective teams connecting IT people and business.

She is fascinated by new technology and AI, innovation CX, UX and modern HR. A lover of mountains, sailing and skis.
