CIO at ORLEN, the largest company in CEE and an integrated multi-energy corporation leading in the sectors of oil & gas and energy production. Since January 2025, he also holds a position of the CEO at Energa Informatyka i Technologie, an IT company which serves ENERGA group. His role at ORLEN is to drive and support digital transformation of the capital group across all business segments.

With over 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry, particularly within the CEE markets, Mr. Furman brings a strategic vision and deep expertise in digital transformation. Prior to joining ORLEN, he held key leadership roles at major U.S.-based ICT firms, driving technology strategies to optimize operations and enhance competitiveness across CEE.

Mr. Furman is known for strategic alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives, focused on driving growth and innovation. He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Jagiellonian University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from WSB-NLU.
