Łukasz Chałaczkiewicz serves as General Manager of Eastern Europe and Head of Southern Europe Region at LIPTON Teas and Infusions, where he is responsible for the strategic management of four legal entities operating in 25 European countries, including Poland, Italy and key markets in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe. The teams he leads are located in Warsaw, Katowice and Rome. Poland plays a central role in building synergies between the Eastern and Southern European markets at LIPTON Teas and Infusions.

Łukasz Chałaczkiewicz has 25 years of experience in the FMCG industry, having worked at companies such as BAT, RB, Coca-Cola, Coty, Unilever and currently at LIPTON Teas and Infusions. His chairmanship at Lipton allows him to share his experience and develop the company more dynamically in all managed regions.
