An assistant professor at the Warsaw School of Economics (Institute of Management). He is involved in research and teaching activities at the SGH College of Management and Finance. His research interests focus mainly on organizational economics and public management. He also worked at the Supreme Audit Office, serving as an advisor, department head and deputy director of the office.

He has participated in a number of projects related to the operations of the entire organization, including adjustment to regulatory changes, development and implementation of organizational policies, quality changes and human resource management. He also worked as a management consultant for a project funded by the European Commission at the Office of the Auditor General of Albania.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (master’s degree in economics) and the Leon Kozminski Academy (PhD in the discipline of economics and finance), among others.
