He has served as CEO / President of the Management Board of Emitel S.A. since January 1, 2025. He has been with the company since 2015 having previously held various positions, including CFO / Chief Financial Officer and Board Member. He is a recognized expert in the areas of Finance and Controlling, Treasury, Administration and Procurement.

He has over 18 years of experience in finance in the telecommunications sector, having previously worked for T-Mobile Poland (PTC Era) and UPC Poland. Maciek has led many projects in the field of cost optimization, planning and reporting, financial modeling, systems implementation or cash flow management and obtaining financing.

He is a graduate of the Wroclaw University of Economics, where he earned a master’s degree in Finance and Banking. He also completed Business Studies at Aalborg University in Denmark, where he earned an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration with a major in International Business Economics. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), an international organization of financial management and accounting professionals.
