She has held her current position since December 2022. She leads a team whose mission is to bring cutting-edge medicines to patients. She transforms vision and strategy into action, based on goals, using the advantages of an agile approach. With expertise in coaching and motivation, she supports teams to break through barriers and reach their full potential.

She joined Roche in 2006. Over the years, she has held various roles, including Group Product Manager, Portfolio Enablement Chapter Leader and Value Solution Chapter Leader, gaining valuable experience in the pharmaceutical market and honing her leadership skills.

Privately, she loves spending time with her family, collecting china and baking delicious cakes, which perfectly match her passion for coffee.
