He runs the ESG expert hub Go Green. Strategy & Communication, the ESG Impact Network Association and the Citizens of Nature Foundation (they are members of the UNGC Global Compact). She serves on the ESG Committee of the National Chamber of Commerce. In 2014, she was among the ESG Angels, a group of 15 women who are changing the ESG industry.

She supports companies in reporting, creating and implementing effective organizational sustainability strategies, compliance, non-greenwashing communications. She ensures that the voice of business is present in the media. She conducts trainings, organizes conferences, lectures on sustainability issues at universities – SGGW and Poznań University of Economics. She was director of the Warsaw Greenery Board and a long-time journalist and media manager for TVN24, Rzeczpospolita and PAP.
