A journalist and Editor-in-Chief of Sestry.eu as well as the CEO of the Media Liberation Fund. She is the former Managing Director of Gazeta Wyborcza and has extensive experience in media transformation and development of subscription-based models. She has created numerous social initiatives dedicated to women and community engagement, including Fundację Wysokich Obcasów, Instytut Dobrego Życia, and Wysokie Obcasy Praca-a magazine supporting women in their professional development.
She is the founder of Sestry.eu- a new Polish-Ukrainian magazine and cross-border newsroom focused on fostering dialogue, building trust and strengthening cooperation. She is also the author of numerous publications on leadership, personal growth, and psychology.
