Managing director and president of Policy Insight. Previously, he was deputy managing director in charge of Policy Insight’s business operations. From 2013 to 2016, he headed PI’s business department. Until 2012, he headed the External Relations Department at Orange Poland, and in parallel co-founded the Wrocław Global Forum as director of the event’s secretariat. From 2006 to 2009 he was a program coordinator at the Center for International Relations. He graduated in applied linguistics from the University of Warsaw.
