Joanna Makowiecka-Gatza is a senior executive and board leader with deep expertise in driving transformation, innovation, and sustainable growth across complex, fast-evolving business environments. With over a decade of CEO experience across diverse industries and international contexts, she has led large-scale change, scaled operations, and positioned companies for future resilience. As Chairwoman of the Employers of Poland Council, she contributes to shaping social dialogue in Poland, representing the interests of employers and entrepreneurs in the legislative process. Since 2015, she has also served as a member of the Social Dialogue Council, participating in structured cooperation between government, business, and labor representatives.

Educated at Harvard Business School, HEC Paris, and IESE, Joanna combines global insight with strategic focus to help organizations thrive in times of change.
