She has been working for Cisco for 20 years, where she is involved in the implementation of Cisco’s corporate social responsibility in Poland and Central Europe, in particular the development of the educational program – Cisco Networking Academy. She cooperates with educational institutions, governmental and non-governmental organizations and employers in ICT.

The main goal of the Cisco NetAcad program is to develop digital skills, democratize access to ICT education at various levels, support educational institutions in building modern educational pathways covering the most sought-after IT skills, and support the success of Cisco Networking Academy program graduates in the labor market.

Over the years, it has also been involved in activities that support the transformation of education and the merging of education and business, as well as activities that help young women find their way in the STEM fields.
