Sandra Frydrysiak, PhD is a cultural studies scholar, sociologist, and recognized Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) expert. She specializes in inclusive language and addressing microaggressions, and designs impactful DEI trainings, workshops, and strategies for organizations seeking to build more inclusive, equitable workplaces.

She holds a PhD in Cultural Studies and M.A. degrees in Sociology, International Relations, and Gender Studies. Based at SWPS University in Warsaw, she is also a postdoctoral researcher in the international SMARTUP project (CHANSE), studying the social influence of smart technologies at the University of Łódź.

Sandra is co-founder of MyGender, an award-winning LGBTQ+ initiative, and co-author of the report Sisterhood – From Ideas to Practice, nominated for the Ofeminin Influence Awards 2022.
