Full professor of social sciences and doctor of economic sciences in the discipline of finance. At Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, he oversees the areas of markets and government and European programs, including the billions of euros of funds from the National Recovery Plan and European funds.

A practitioner, theoretician and expert in finance, with many years of experience in the public and financial sectors. He heads the Department of Finance and Accounting at the Faculty of Management at Warsaw University, where he lectures on economics and finance. She is a member of the Committee on Financial Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences and a member of the Working Group of Senior Budget Officials at the OECD.

From 1999 to 2016, she held managerial positions in the public sector, working at the Ministry of Finance. Since 2016, she has been associated with the financial sector. She is the author of more than 160 book publications and articles on economics and finance, with a particular focus on the role of public and investment finance in socio-economic development.

Her interests include structuring financial transactions, green bond issuance and financial assembly with public co-financing.
