Doctor of postdoctoral studies in economics, employee of the Poznań University of Economics and member of the board of the Wielkopolska Tourist Organization. Researcher and analyst of urban tourism, the night-time economy of cities and the meetings and events market. He specializes in issues of organization and management of tourism in cities and regions, functioning of destination management organizations, convention bureaus and mayors’ night offices..

In addition to his activity in WOT structures, he sits on the audit committee of the Poznań Local Tourist Organization and is chairman of the Program Council of the Poznań Heritage Center. He has co-created the tourism policies of Warsaw and Krakow, as well as tourism development strategies in Polish regions.
