He has extensive international experience and achievements in the areas of retail banking, cards and payments, sales and product development, M&A processes and in building and managing fintech startups. He developed his career in large European and domestic financial institutions such as PKO BP, Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA, Polbank EFG (EFG Eurobank Ergasias SA) and Bank Austria Creditanstalt. Since March 2017, he was responsible for the development of the Orange Finance Mobile Bank at Orange Polska.

Since May 2022, he has served as CEO of Fenige SA, where, under his leadership, the company is growing rapidly, introducing innovative payment products and successfully scaling its international operations to reach $1 billion in turnover by 2024.

From 2017 to 2022, he was chairman of the FinTech Committee at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT), where he actively supported the development of the fintech market in Poland. He was the initiator and co-author of the first and second editions of the report on the Blockchain market in Poland under the auspices of PIIT. In addition, he served as a member of the Presidium of the Council of Bank Card Issuers at the Polish Bank Association.

Marcin Chruściel actively participates in the development of the fintech industry, being a mentor and business speaker at numerous congresses and conferences, as well as a member of program boards of important industry events. Through his initiatives and cooperation with regulatory institutions, he actively contributes to the creation of a favorable fintech ecosystem in Poland.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade at Lazarski University. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and dedicated leadership programs at Harvard Business School.
