He is a graduate in management and finance from the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at Wrocław University of Technology. He also completed project management at Ecole Nationalle Superieure des Mines de ST. Etienne, strategy and innovation at MIT and health promotion at Wrocław’s Academy of Physical Education.

He is an experienced manager with nearly 30 years of experience in the banking sector. Among other positions, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of Santander Consumer Bank responsible for strategy and innovation, IT development, cyber security, retail credit sales and marketing, debt collection, Agile transformation, PMO, legal and compliance area, HR development, administration. Previously, he worked at Lukas Bank for 11 years, where he served, among other positions, as Director of the Key Accounts Department and Sales Director, as well as Managing Director of the Consumer Finance line. As Chairman of the Management Board of Santander Consumer Bank, he was positively authorized by the FSA to perform this function, and his work was repeatedly subjected to various regulatory audits, always with positive results.
