She is Director of Business Development with Innovative Companies at BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA, where she is responsible for the implementation of the Bank’s strategic objectives in the development of cooperation with innovative companies.

Magdalena has over 15 years of professional experience in banking. Over the years, she has been involved in many banking projects related to the financing of corporate clients from different sectors in Poland but also related to the improvement of business processes and applications as elements of the Bank’s digital transformation. In 2021 she joined the Office of Open Innovation, where she successfully connects the world of banking and finance with the world of innovation and startups, supporting the development of the ecosystem in Poland and disenchanting banking for startups. Since 2024, she has been co-hosting the StartupCoffee webinar series at the Bank, which aims, among other things, to introduce the most attractive and technologically advanced companies in Poland, present current market trends and the history of startups and/or their founders, or forms of cooperation between large corporations and startups.

She graduated from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun with a Doctor of Economics degree (Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management) and simultaneously earned a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science. She successfully combines her professional career with raising two children, a dog and two cats. Her passions include #slowlife and exploring the impact of new technologies on children’s lives, walking her dog and swimming.
