In banking for more than twenty-five years. Since 2018, he has been deputy CEO of Credit Agricole Bank Poland. Previously, he was the first deputy CEO of Kredobank in Ukraine, owned by PKO BP, managed the sales network at Nordea Bank, and was head of distribution at BPH Bank. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, completed an Executive MBA at Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies at the University of Colorado. He has also completed a number of international training programs in management and banking at London Business School, among others.
