A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. For 25 years he has been associated with the Saint-Gobain Group in Poland, where he serves as director of institutional relations. He actively participates in consultations of new legislation, primarily in the field of energy efficiency of buildings and sustainable construction.

He is involved in the analysis of the existing law in relation to construction and its impact on the development of the industry in this area, conducts many training courses, and speaks at conferences as a speaker and panelist. He actively supports activities aimed at popularizing sustainable development issues in Polish architecture and construction. He cooperates with higher education institutions in Poland. He is a member of the presidiums of several construction-related associations. He is a member of several technical committees of PKN. He is also the author and co-author of more than 70 guides and publications in specialized publications on improving the quality of construction in Poland.
