Manager in Polish and international financial institutions. Mentor to many professionals and managers.

He began his career in 1993 at Central Brokerage House Pekao S.A. in the Institutional Client Services Team and continued with Societe Generale, as an equity analyst. From 1996 he co-founded PKO/Credit Suisse TFI S.A., developing and supervising the area of institutional sales and pension programs.

In 2000-2001 he co-founded, as General Project Manager, the technology company The MotherShip Internet Holdings and, together with Stefan Batory, established the start-up Eo Networks.

At the end of 2001, he joined Pioneer Pekao TFI S.A. as Sales Director. In 2005, he took on the position of Vice President in charge of sales, marketing and product development, and in 2006, additionally became head of marketing and sales support for Pioneer Investments in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and a member of the Global Marketing Committee. He was subsequently appointed president of AXA TFI S.A.

From 2009 to 2017, Managing Director at PKO Bank Polski. He was responsible for the transformation of the sales, distribution and marketing areas. Creator of the private banking area. Thanks to innovative changes, during this time PKO became the leader of Polish retail banking, achieving record results with a leap in satisfaction and employee engagement. Member of the supervisory boards of PKO TFI S.A, PKO Leasing S.A., Kredobank, among others.

Co-founder of an innovative training and publishing company that conducts development programs and publishes books on Mental Health & Wellbeing based on positive psychology and neuropsychology.

As of 2019, member of the Supervisory Board of Esaliens TFI S.A. (formerly Legg Mason S.A.) – a private asset management company, a market leader in retirement solutions in Poland. From 2020 to 2022, President of the Management Board of Esaliens TFI S.A.

Graduated in Banking from the Faculty of Finance and Statistics at the Warsaw School of Economics. MBA graduate of the Gdansk Foundation for Management Education, the University of Gdansk and Rotterdam School of Management – Erasmus University.
