A leader with more than 20 years of professional experience. He has been with mBank since 2009. He started his career by working with mBank’s foreign branches, and then managed the business on both sides of the balance sheet in Poland and also the CRM area. He currently works as Managing Director of Sales and Business Processes.

Prior to joining mBank, he gained experience at KPMG and EY, where he was involved in auditing and consulting for clients in the banking and insurance sectors.

He is a graduate of UG and SGH with degrees in international finance and banking and customer value management. He completed the High Performance Leadership course at IMD in Lausanne and the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School. Privately, he is a father of two daughters and an amateur runner.
