An expert with over 12 years of experience in the L’Oréal Group and the cosmetics industry. She gained it by managing operations and supply chain in Italy (Country), France (Sales & Operation CPD Europe) and Poland (Manufacturing Supply Chain Director).

Since 2022, at the L’Oréal factory near Warsaw, she has been responsible for dynamic development, work on sustainable production and positive activities for local communities. She supports the involvement of women in the technology industry, gender equality and deeply believes in the strength and potential of diverse teams.

Engineer, graduate of the Turin Polytechnic, she has a double diploma of Ecole de Management Léonard de Vinci in Paris.
