Jakub Kaczmarski has served as Chief Technology Officer at InPost Group since September 2024. He manages a team of more than 800 specialists, working within 9 technology domains in 9 markets where the Group operates under the InPost and Mondial Relay brands.

Kuba focuses on making technology a real support for product development and business innovation. He values hard work, good sense and perseverance, as well as building lasting relationships with employees and partners. In his work, he places great emphasis on continuous process improvement and a learning culture.

From 2021 to 2024, he served as CTO at Modivo (Eobuwie), where he was responsible for all technology issues and product development. Prior to that, from 2013-2021, as Director of Technology at Allegro.pl, he led the delivery experience area, developing, among other things, the Allegro Smart program, Fulfillment services, the Parcel Vending network and the official Allegro store.

Jakub is a graduate of Computer Physics at the Technical University of Lodz and Executive MBA at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology.

Privately, he is passionate about basketball – although due to lack of time he plays less and less, he follows NBA games with commitment.
