Manager with more than 21 years of experience in Human Resources Management, which he gained mainly in the financial sector (ING Group, Bank Pekao S.A.), non-financial sector (including Enea Trading sp z o.o.) and consulting (McKinsey & Company Poland), where he advised in many countries companies of various sectors in transformation processes, M&A and People Org and Performance. Przemek is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he earned a master’s degree in Management and Marketing, and completed Executive MBA studies at the University of Warsaw. He is fascinated by AI and data driven culture. He acquired competencies in transformation and strategy at London Business School, IMD and Stanford University, among others.
