Kenneth has been building strong fast moving consumer goods brands in markets around the world since 1995. He started his journey at Beiersdorf with NIVEA in Germany before joining French beauty leader L’Oreal in 1998. He spent the next 26 years mostly in L’Oreal’s consumer goods division with brands like L’Oreal Paris and Garnier, as well as in the professional products division with L’Oreal Professionnel, Redken and Kerastase.

His international background led him to spend 15 years working in key European markets like Germany, France, Spain and the UK, before 7 years leading L’Oreal’s Asia-Pacific region followed by 4 years at the helm of L’Oreal Mexico. His last role was as CEO for L’Oreal DACH, the largest European cluster and third biggest business unit worldwide.

In 2024, after the 2022 acquisition of Unilever’s tea business by CVC Capital Partners, Kenneth joined LIPTON Teas and Infusions initially as European President. Today he is CEO for the “Focus Markets” region, comprising North America and Europe, which represents 60% of the world’s largest tea business.

Kenneth is a graduate of both ICADE (Madrid, Spain) and NEOMA (Reims, France) business schools and attended an executive general management program at INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). He is an avid reader who is passionate about people, brands and business.
