Director of Digital Solutions and Cyber Security for Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia, Polish branch of Mastercard Europe.

She is an expert in cashless payments and open banking. Malgorzata is a manager with more than 19 years of experience in customer acquisition, relationship building and management in the financial sector. She is oriented towards new technologies in business. After joining the company, she was responsible for Mastercard’s key client relationships in Poland. As of 2019, she was also responsible for the development and implementation of solutions for open banking at Mastercard. In 2022, she was nominated as Vice President of Digital Solutions and Cyber Security. The responsibilities she focuses on in her day-to-day work include working with new technology partners, as well as payments in digital channels and security solutions.

She has a track record of running projects with the largest banks in Poland. She participated in the introduction of innovative payment methods to the Polish market, i.e. contactless payments, mobile payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. She has successfully designed, developed and implemented marketing plans with clients, developed joint loyalty programs, introduced innovative business solutions.

She holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carslon School of Management in the US, as well as a degree in journalism from the University of Warsaw and foreign trade from the University of Lodz. In recent years, she graduated from the Leadership Academy for Poland.

Privately, she is a mother of two sons and a supporter of active recreation, including skiing and sailing. She enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures.
