Jana Lvova is the General Manager of Mastercard for Czech Republic and Slovakia since 2023. She has extensive international experience in payments, fintech and banking.

She has successfully managed sales, partnership development, client relationships and European strategic initiatives in the UK and Czech Republic to strengthen brand proposition and client satisfaction. During her time at Visa, she has been instrumental in driving innovation in payments globally. She also gained extensive experience at leading Czech banks ČSOB and Raiffeisenbank. She holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MSc from Charles University.
