BIO

Born in 1973 in Busko-Zdrój. She is a director, screenwriter, and editor. She studied Polish philology at the Pedagogical University of Krakow and gender studies at the Jagiellonian University. She lives and works in Krakow. Together with her husband, Wilhelm Sasnal, she creates feature-length films, which have been presented and awarded at international festivals, including the New Horizons International Film Festival in Wrocław, the International Film Festival in Rotterdam, the Berlinale, and the Locarno International Film Festival.
