He shows that Szkoła w Chmurze, with its supportive teachers, well-thought-out examination model, platform, textbooks, and a wide range of workshops developing skills, is an example of education fit for the 21st century.

He has traveled extensively around the world, visiting various schools and communities and their creators, finding good practices and recurring patterns of action, supplementing all this with scientific knowledge and his own experience. He is also the creator of Zielona Wieża (Green Tower) and Turkusowa Wieża (Turquoise Tower) – a network of kindergartens and schools.
