International Commercial EVP and EXCO Member with 20+ years’ experience across multisector, multinational matrix organizations in the FMCG and Biotechnology sectors. Has been successful in both highly mature companies as well as mid-cap, agile groups with aggressive growth targets. Significant P&L responsibility within regional roles for European (Western and CEE), Asia, Africa, Middle East and US markets, gaining deep cross-cultural leadership insights. Regional market exposure in marketing and general management combined with HQ roles, responsible for commercial strategy and M&A.
