Radio and TV journalist, author of books. In 2016-2019, he was the editor-in-chief of Business Insider Polska, a business and information website that within 3 years from its appearance on the market became the second most popular business website in Poland and the first of the Business Insider family in Europe. At Onet and Business Insider Grass he runs his own program "Na Czasie" and "Coffee with the President". Both programs address issues related to modern business, leadership and personal development. He worked, among others in Radio TOK FM, as deputy editor-in-chief and head of news. For 6 years he was associated with TVN24, where he ran news services and the magazine "Polska i Świat". In 2005, he was awarded by the Sukces monthly. He received the "Bull of Success" award in the Debut of the Year category.
He is the author of the best-selling biographical novel "The Best. When weakness becomes strength. " The story of Jerzy Górski, the legend of the Polish triathlon, has sold over 50,000 copies. It also inspired the creators of the film of the same title. The picture directed by Łukasz Palkowski "The Best" won as many as 5 awards at the Feature Film Festival in Gdynia.

On October 29, 2019, Grass's next biographical novel, "Damn It Hits Me," was published, telling the story of Monika Michalak, who survived a complicated brain stroke.

Grass is currently working on two books about people who take extreme challenges. The protagonists will be triathlete Robert Karaś – double and triple Ironman world champion and record holder, and Roman Ficek – ultramarathon runner, the first man in the world who in 39 days ran alone in the 2300 km of the Carpathian arc. Both books will be published in 2020.

Grass is also the founder and editor-in-chief of the Triathlon Academy – the largest website for the community practicing this sport. He also practices triathlon as an amateur, competing mainly on the Ironman and Ironman 70.3 distances. Life records are 4h 30 minutes in IM 70.3 Haugesund in Norway and 10h in full Ironman in Copenhagen. He talks about sport, motivation, methodology and physiology of physical effort during virtual meetings in a Facebook group: "Łukasz Grass – 8 minutes of motivation" as well as lectures and meetings.
