President of the Management Board, General Director

Mr. Andrzej J. Kozłowski is the President of the Management Board of Emitel S.A. from January 1, 2018. He has over twenty years of professional experience in Poland and abroad.

Before assuming the current position, in the years 2009-2017 he was the Executive Director for Strategy and Project Management at PKN ORLEN S.A. He was also a Member of the Management Board of Unipetrol a.s. in the Czech Republic, responsible for Strategy and M&A, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ORLEN Upstream Sp z o.o. in Poland and a member of the Board of Directors of ORLEN Upstream Canada Ltd. in Canada. Previously, for over 10 years he was associated with the telecommunications and new technologies sector, working as an advisor and manager in Polish and international corporations. Mr. Kozłowski is a graduate of WSB – National-Louis University in Nowy Sącz in the field of Management and Marketing. He also holds an MBA from Maastricht School of Management in corporate strategy and industrial policy.

Mr. Kozłowski is a member of the Advisory Council of the Atlantic Council and the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland, as well as the President of the Council of the Foundation for Supporting the Development of Radiocommunication and Multimedia Techniques at the Warsaw University of Technology.
